Hi, Well it's Englands first game today going to the pub to watch it (sticking to diet coke though) will get dressed up for the occasion England shirt and things for my hair lol got to support the boys! What a lovely day the sun is shining and it is warm meeting up with Johns 3 sons to watch the footy one of them is the manager of the pub and it is Johns daughters pub he runs so it is a family affair so should be a good day.
Well diet still going well drinking plenty of water so hope to have lost some more lbs next week not getting much exercise though no time at the moment apart from taking dogs for a walk, which reminds me they need to go out so better get ready and have a nice stroll in the sunshine with them.
